Quotations and pricing

Wholesale price lists and quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of GST and freight unless mentioned on the quotation.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed against a pro-forma invoice. Payment is accepted by UPI, NEFT / RTGS or bank transfer. Bulk and distributor orders may require an advance with the balance payable before dispatch, as stated on the pro-forma invoice. A GST tax invoice is issued for every order.

Dispatch and delivery

Goods are dispatched from our Sadar Bazar, Delhi warehouse through transporters or courier partners chosen with the buyer. Freight is generally to-pay unless agreed otherwise. Any transit damage should be reported with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

Compliance and testing

All toys supplied carry BIS certification as required under the Toys (Quality Control) Order, 2020. BIS certificates and test reports are shared on request.
